STA: Improve the efficiency of tax rebates to accelerate foreign trade exports

The speed and convenience of China's export tax refund have been continuously improved in recent years. The average processing time for normal export tax refunds across the country was reduced from 13 working days in 2018 to 10 working days in 2019, and then to 7 working days in 2021, alleviating the pressure on enterprise capital occupancy.

The acceleration of export tax refunds is due to the "new system" launched nationwide on June 30 this year - the tax department integrates the “Jinshui Phase III” system and the export tax refund management system, and has developed an export tax refund management module in the Jinshui III system, which greatly optimizes export tax refund (exemption) declaration, data submission and certification.
